E-numre

The Sounds of Azaan Constantly Echoes Around The Globe

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficient and the most Merciful

There is not a single moment when thousands of Muazzins around the world are not proclaiming the Oneness of Almighty Allah and the apostleship of Noble Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa salam) on the surface of this earth!

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar
(Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest)

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar
(Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest)

Ashadu An La Illaha Illallah
(I witness that there is no god but Allah)

Ashadu An La Illaha Illallah
(I witness that there is no god but Allah)

Ashadu Anna Muhammad-ar-Rasool-ul-Allah
(I witness that Muhammad (sallallahu alyhi wa sallam) is Prophet og Allah)

Ashadu Anna Muhammad-ar-Rasool-ul-Allah
(I witness that Muhammad (sallallahu alyhi wa sallam) is Prophet og Allah)

Hayya ‘Alas Salat
(Come towards the prayers)

Hayya ‘Aas Salat
(Come towards the prayers)

Hayya ‘Alal Falah
(Come towards the success)

Hayya ‘Alal Falah
(Come towards the success)

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar
(Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest)

La Illaha Illallah
(There is no god but Allah)

Let us begin Indonesia right on the eastern side of the earth’s central land mass. Indonesia consists of numerous small islands, the princciple ones amongst them being Java, Sumatra, Borneo and Saibil, all of which are well known. It is the largest Muslim country in the world, with 180 mio. inhabitants. The number of non-Muslims here is negligible.

As soon as dawn breaks on the eastern side of Saibil, at approximately 5:30 am local time, Fajr Azaan begins. Thousands of Muazzins in eastern Indonesia commence proclaiming the Oneness of the Amighty, Omnipotent and Omniscient Allah and the universal apostleship of Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam).

The process then continues and advances towards the Western Islands of Indonesia. The time difference between the eastern and western islands of Indonesia is one and a haf hours. So, one and a half hours after the Azaan has been completed in Saibil, it echoes in Jakarta on Java Island. Sumatra then follows suit.

Before this auspicious process of calling Azaan ends in Indonesia, it has already begun in Malaysia. Burma is next in line, and within an hour of its commencement in Jakarta, it reaches Dhaka, the capital of Bagladesh. No sooner the calling of Azaan ends in Bangladesh, it jhas already prevailed in western India, from Calcutta to srinagar. It then advances towards Bombay and the environment of entire India resounds with this august procamation.

Srinagar and Sialkot (a city in north Pakistan) have the same timing for Azaan. The time difference between Sialkot, Quetta, Karachi and Gowadar (a city in Balochistan, Pakistan) is forty minutes, and within this time, Fajr Azaar is heard througout Pakistan. Before it ends there, however, it has already begun in Afghanistan and Muscat.

The time difference between Muscat and Baghdad is one hour. Azaan resounds during this one hour in the environments of Hijaaz-e-Muqaddas (holy cities of Makkah and Madinah), Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Iraq.

The time difference between Baghdad and Alexandria in Egypt is again one hour. Azaan continues to resound in Syria, Egypt, Somalia and Sudan during this hour. Alexandria and Istanbl are situated on the same geograpghical longitude. The time difference between eastern and western Turkey is one and a half hours, and during this time, it is echoed with the call to prayer.

Alexandra and Tripoli (capital of Libya) are located at an hour difference from one another. The process of calling Azaan thus continues throughout the whole Africa. Therefore, the proclamation of the Oneness of Allah and the universal prophethood of Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) that had begun in the eastern islands of Indonesia, reaches Eastern shore of the Atlantic Ocean after nine and a half hours.

Prior to the Azaan reaching the shores of the Atlantic, the process of Zuhr Azaan has already commenced in eastern Indonesia, and before it reaches Shaka, ‘Asr Azaan has started. This has hardly reached Jakarta one and half hours later, then the time of  Maghrib becomes due, and no sooner has Maghrib time reached Sumatra, the the time for calling ‘Isha Azaan has commenced in Saibil!

When the Muazzins of Indonesia are calling out Fajr Azaan, the Muazzins in Africa are calling out the Azaan for ‘Isha.

There is not a single moment when few thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of Muazzains around the world are not proclaiming the Oneness of Almighty Allah and the universa apostleship of Noble Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) on the surface of this earth!

Insha Allah this universal and continuous calling of the Azaan shall not cease until the Day of the Judgement.

Dr. Maurice Bucaille and modern science

Dr. Maurice Bucaille was born in 1920, former chief of the Surgical Clinic University of Paris, has for a long time deeply interested in the correspondences between the teachings of the Holy Scriptures and modern secular knowledge.

He is the author of a best-seller, “The Bible, The Qur’ân and Science” (1976). His classical studies of the scriptual languages, including Arabic, in association with his knowledge of hieroglyphics, have allowed him to hold a multidispensary inquiry, in which his personal contribution as a medical doctor has produced conclusive arguments. His work, “Mummies of the Pharaohs – Moderen Medical Investigations” (St. Martins Press, 1990), won a History Prize from the Académie Francaise and another prize from the French National academy of Medicine.

His other works include: “What is the origin of the Man” (Seghers 1988), “Moses and Pharaoh, the Hebrews in Egypt”, (NTT Mediascope Inc, 1994); and “Réflexions sur le Curan” (Mohamed Talbi & Maurice Bucaile, Seghers 1989)

After a study which lasted ten years, Dr. Maurice Bucaille addressed the French Academy of Medicine in 1976 concerning the existence in the Qur’ân if certain statements concerning physiology and reproduction. His reason for doing that was that:

“… our knowledge of these disciplines is such, that it is impossible to explain how a text produced at the time of the Qur’ân could have contained ideas that have only been discovered in modern times.”

Dr. tejatat Tejasan and declaration of Shahada

Dr. Tejatat Tejasan, Chairman of the Department of Anatomy and is the former Dean of the faculty of Medicine, Univeristy of Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Professor Tejasan studied various articles concerning the Qur’ân and modern embrology. He spent four days with several scholars, Muslims and non-Muslims discussing this phonomenon in the Qur’ân and Hadîth. During the 8th saudi Medical Conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia he stood up and said:

“In the last three years, I became interested in the Qur’ân… From my studies and what I have learned throughout this conference, I believe that everything that has been recorded in the Qur’ân fourteen years ago must be the truth, that can be proved by the scientific means. Since the Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) could neither read nor write, Muhammad must be a messenger who relayed this truth which was revealed to him as an enlightment by the One who os eligible Creator. The Creator must be God, or Allah.

I think that this the time to say La illaha illa Allah Muhammad rasoolu Allah – there is no God to worship except Allah (God) and Muhammad is Messenger of Allah…

The most precious thing I have gained from coming to this conference is La illaha illa Allah, and to have become Muslim.”
