Our Lord, Forgive us, and our brethren who came before us into the Faith, and leave not, in our hearts, rancour (or sense of injury) against those who have believed. Surah Al-Hashr, vers 10 [59:10]
O my Lord, Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous Surah Al-Furqân, vers 74 [25:74]
Our Lord, Make of us Muslims, bowing to Thy (Will), and of our progeny a people Muslim, bowing to Thy (Will); and show us our place for the celebration of (due) rites; and turn unto us (in Mercy); for Thou art the Oft-Returning, Most Merciful. Surah al-Baqarah, vers 128 [2:128]
Our, In Thee do we trust, and to Thee do we turn in repentance: to Thee is (our) Final Goal. Surah Al-Mumtahinah, vers 4 [60:4]
Our Lord, Not for naught Hast Thou created (all) this! Glory To Thee! Give us salvation from the penalty of the Fire. Surah Al-’Imrân, vers 191 [3:191]
Our Lord, Accept (this service) from us: For Thou art the All-Hearing, the All-knowing. Surah al-Baqarah, vers 127 [2:127]
Allahumma inni as’aluka birahmatika al-lati wasi’at kulla shay’in an taghfira li
O Allah, I ask You by Your mercy which envolps all things, that You forgive me.
Our Lord! We fear lest the hasten with insolence against us, or lest he transgress all bounds. [20:45]
Our Lord! Make us not a trial for those who practise oppression; And deliver us by Thy Mercy from those who reject (Thee)! [10:85-86]
Our Lord! Pour out on us patience and constancy, and take our souls unto thee as Muslims (who bow to Thy will)! [7:126]
O our Lord! Cover (ud) with Thy Forgiveness – me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established! [14:41]
Oh Allah (subhanahu wa t’ala), tildel det gode i verdenen og i det Hinsides, og red/beskyt os fra ildens straf. Surah al-Baqarah, vers 201 (2:201).
Oh Allah (subhanahu wa t’ala)! Det håb, jeg føler i hjertet, efter at havde taget del i synder, er normalt større end det håb, jeg føler efter at have udført de mest fuldkomne gerninger. Dette er fordi jeg er “forurenet” med fejl og ufuldkommenheder, og er aldrig syndfri og ufejlbarlig. Når jeg er plettet af synd regner jeg ikke med nogen gerninger eller handlinger, men med Din tilgivelse. Hvorledes skulle jeg ikke kunne regne med Din tilgivelse, når jeg ser at Du er den Gamilde?
O Allah! Praise be to Thee, Thou art the Guardian of the Heavens and the earth, and of those that are therein. Praise be to Thee, Thou art the light of the heavens and the earth and of those that are therein. Unto Thee belongeth the praise, Thou art the King of the heavens and the earth, and of those that are therein.
Thou art True, True is Thy promise, True is our meeting with Thee, True is Thy word, True is heaven, and True is hell, True are the Prophets, True is Muhammad, and True is the Hour of Judgment. O Allah! unto Thee do I surrender: In Thee I have faith; upon Thee do I rely; unto Thee do I turn. With Thy help do I contend; and unto Thee do I seek judgment.
So forgive me for that which I expedite. And that which I defer, and that which I conceal. And that which I reveal. And also for that (sin) of mine whereof Thou art better aware than I. Thou art the Expediter and Thou art the Deferrer. There is no god other than Thee.
Astaghfirullaha Rabbi Min Kulli Zambin wa aatubu ilayhi
Oh Allah, Tilgiv mine synder og acceptere min Tawba.
Oh Allah, place light in my heart, light in mt tongue, light in my hearing, light in my sight, light behind me, light in front of me, light on my right, light on my left, light above me and light below me; place light in my sinew, in my flesh, in my blood, in my hair and in my skin, place light in my soul and make light abundant for me; make me light and grant me light.
Allah is sufficient for me, none has the right to be worshipped except Him, upon Him I rely and He is the Lord of exalted throne
Oh Allah (subhanahu wa t’ala)! Uden tvivl er Du den Tilgivende og kan lide at tilgive, hvorfor tilgiv os Ya Ghaffur, Ya Raheem.
